Between 1995-2000, he studied Public Administration at Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences. After graduating in 2000, he passed the Customs Inspector Assistantship exam of the Prime Ministry Customs Undersecretariat in 2001. In 2004, he was appointed as a Customs Inspector. Between 2005-2006, he participated in EU negotiations in the Taxation Chapter. Between 2009-2011, he completed his master’s degree in 'International Relations and International Economy' at Northeastern University (Boston), USA.
In 2011, Yücel Karadiş briefly served as a ministerial consultant and was appointed as the Head of Department at the General Directorate of EU and Foreign Relations of the Ministry of Customs and Trade in October 2011. During his tenure as Head of Department, he coordinated international agreements such as Mutual Recognition Agreements (MRA) and the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) system. He also conducted MRA negotiations.
After serving as Head of Department for 3 years, he continued his role as Chief Inspector at the Ministry of Customs and Trade. Found ConsultSight in 2017.
Emir Murat GÜL completed his undergraduate studies at Gazi University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Industrial Engineering, and received his master’s degree in the Master of Management program at SDA Bocconi University.
He held positions as Assistant Treasury Expert, Foreign Trade Specialist, and Industry Specialist at public institutions such as the Undersecretariat of Treasury, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Turkey, and the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey. Most recently, he served as Head of Department at the General Directorate of Incentive Implementation and Foreign Investment of the Ministry of Industry and Technology. After serving as Head of Department for 5 years, he has continued his career since 2025 as Partner and Head of the Investment Incentives Unit at ConsultSight.
Throughout his career, he has evaluated many investment projects, participated in processes such as the issuance and supervision of incentive certificates for these projects, and contributed as a mid-level manager to the decision-making processes regarding incentive legislation.
